宝洁笔试题目
笔试是一种与面试对应的测试,是用以考核应聘者特定的知识、专业技术水平和文字运用能力的一种书面考试形式。这种方法可以有效的测量应聘人的基本知识、专业知识、管理知识、综合分析能力和文字表达能力等素质及能力的差异。笔试在员工招聘中有相当大的作用,尤其是在大规模的员工招聘中,它可以一下子把员工的基本活动了解清楚,然后可以划分出一个基本符合需要的界限。

(2)英文测试。这个测试主要用于考核母语不是英语的人的英文能力。考试时间为2个小时。45分钟的100道听力题,75分钟的阅读题,以及用1个小时回答3道题,都是要用英文描述以往某个经历或者个人思想的变化。 (3)专业技能测试。专业技能测试并不是申请任何部门的申请者都需经过该项测试,它主要是考核申请公司一些有专业限制的部门的同学。这些部门如研究开发部、信息技术部和财务部等。宝洁公司的研发部门招聘的程序之一是要求应聘者就某些专题进行学术报告,并请公司资深科研人员加以评审,用以考察其专业功底。对于申请公司其他部门的同学,则无须进行该项测试,如市场部、人力资源部等。

今天笔试归来 武大测校一教417,邮件上说8:30到11:30,而且还要提前45分钟到,我算了一下,那不要7:45到,妈妈呀,一大早6点45就起了床,7点20奔到公交站,终于是上去了,路上一路堵的到广埠屯都7点43了,我直接跑到了417,一看才十几个人,宝洁那边的人还没来,哎,等着吧,差不多半个小时之后他们那边的人才来,叫我们出教室,他们布置教室,脱脱拉拉,到九点半才进教室,进来又叫我们填了一张表,确认志愿,唉,慢啊 ,我起得太早一直打哈欠,困得不行啊,上午考托业,200道题啊 之前查了下,真正考试时是10点钟,一本厚厚的书似的卷子,听力100道,阅读100道,其实不太难,就是题量大啊,时间紧,我听力有段时间直接是走神了不知道听到哪里去了,后来又继续,反正做题是越做越快啊,后面那个神速啊 ,题目都不看了,这样赶着,后面5分钟时我还有五道题没做,一想,不行,得先涂答题卡啊,就愤笔开始涂啊 ,怎觉得周边的'人都闲下来了,还在检查还是怎样,不管了先把自己的做完再说吧,最后涂完了可能还剩几十秒钟,我又看了下题。
笔试是这样完了,感觉自己还是能力不够啊 ,听力好多都是蒙的,有没有戏不知道,等着吧!继续奋斗!
上海宝洁的笔试题目和感受
9点55才正式开考,不过还是尽量别迟到,虽然我觉得还是有不少人迟了。。。
桌子上有座位号,宝洁考号是没有的,但是填卡时要用到,所以最好提前抄在座位号下面,免得到时候举手说要查宝洁考号多麻烦啊
上午考的是RT
初高中小计算+中文四六级阅读+图形
计算仔细点就好了,没圈套,没歧义
阅读小心会有“选不能推出的一项”
图形题把这个论坛里总结的都做了,我试着把我搜刮的所有图传上来,不知道行不行。。。行的话大家就可以省点应届生币了ee~
图形题比网申的应该简单点我觉得。。。
65分钟我用了30分钟做完涂完
由于坐在最前面也就没左顾右盼,觉得翻来翻去检查声音太大,所以我又做了一遍。。。
第二遍做完就交卷了
不过第二次做我改了一道文字推理的答案,不清楚改对没,反正我觉得还是要检查
下午看名单,淘汰了10个人的样子吧。。。前面男生们太高,我看黑名单上没自己的'号也就没仔细研究了
托业是体力战。。。
我后悔死了中午没睡,中间双眼朦胧无数次欲栽倒于试卷上
未来的同志们记得中午补充体力,下午别瞌睡,记得全用铅笔,2B的,记得一定不要迟到,别的没什么了
托业就是八路,装备不好数量上压死你
阅读文章很袖珍,但是翻一页还有一篇,在翻一页还有。。。无穷无尽。。。
对于习惯了长篇阅读多道题的我感觉多少很别扭。。。

广州PG笔试归来..发篇东西,估计积累RP也没什么用了..跟大家分享一下我混乱的一路吧...悲剧啊!~~~
10月2号做的网申...图形推理做得不怎样..当时觉得进笔试有点悬..
直到10几号也没收到什么通知..有同学开始收到调剂的电话..当时我估计自己应该没戏了..
结果15号晚差不多9点...BF收到智联招聘的笔试短信...当时我大高兴了一把...
可是当晚有F生日..出去闹到3点多才回来...
早上8点爬起来帮BF查笔试的准备资料...(我是神啊~~)
鬼使神差开了一下自己的邮箱...
一封笔试邮件静静滴躺在哪..我真以为我有幻觉了...MMT..都16号了..
发信的时间是15号中午...真是奇怪了..我15号晚11点查过邮箱都没有的啊..悲剧啊~~~T___________T
之后还要上课去面试实习....
早上过了一下以前见都没见过的托业....困死了困死了....
下午面试完之后硬是啃了一下100题听力练手...听到吐血...
晚上过了一次在应届生上下载的图形推理题和托业的一些词汇...
11点多实在撑不住...真怀疑自己要暴毙了...
上床吹水睡觉~~~
17号早上...
本来10点要开始的'..结果进场拖了很久...
进场登记的时候发现原来资料上没有我的手机,难怪我没收到信息!!!!!!

原本以为65分钟会很紧,所以前面都是飞速做的..
广州宝洁管培的笔试题目
今天早上坐车到广外北校区参加P&G笔试,不知道为什么,我们的考场人很少,几乎只有一半的同学来参加笔试了。题目和去年参加的笔试题目一摸一样。原来宝洁的笔试题目每年都是重复再利用的,怪不得不许我们在试卷上面做任何标记呢。题目非常简单,可以用计算器。印象最深的是一道计算题:一条鱼,出生的时候是25cm,出生四周内,每周生长1/4,从出生的第二个月后,每个月生长1/3,问此鱼出生4个月时的长度?我算了一下,得出的结果是144,选的是C:140cm,不知道对不对。其他的题由于太简单,就不在这里说了。还有要强调的是语文推理,有很多题目都是模棱两可的',我采用的是排除法,排除几个肯定错误的选项,选择剩下的最后一个选项。
不过上午的RT还是顺利通过了。下午的托业考试,由于本人曾参加过托业考试,成绩是750,所以下午的托业考试可以免试了。
接下来要准备宝洁的一面了。祝大家成功!!!!

今天中午吃过午饭骑自行车去五道口
成铁到西直门,地铁到北京站
时间还早,就去附近的肯德基喝了一杯可乐
然后12:45到宝辰饭店
进考试地点,有很多帅哥靓妹已经到了
本来说好1点开始的
结果到最后1:18才开始
这个感觉时间观念不强
对它的好印象打了一点点折扣
顺便提醒一下,这次笔试的是申请非应届的
落座以后大概看了一下人数,差不多有90多,
不到100的样子
第一场考试是解难能力测试,都是中文的
刚拿到考卷的时候,看到考卷脏兮兮的
原来都是以前用的
总共50题,考65分钟
主要题型:
第一种题是一个图,上面有三条折线
表示3种产品在n年销售成本的百分比
然后后面就有好多题了!
(例如:a产品比b产品销售成本高的年份有几年?
当然是看曲线答题)
第二种是阅读题,一篇短文
差不多200多字
然后就是后面的题了
感觉跟中学里面考语文一样
(例如:下面那个词最恰当的描述了上面短文的内容)
第三种是表格题
里面的数据表示n种产品在m个月的产量
然后就是很多很多题
(例如:第m个月哪两种产品的产量相差最大?)
第四种是数学解答题
这个跟中学是考的差不多
(例如:每小时a生产100台,b能生产a的3/4,
已知abc在3个小时能生产900台,问每小时c能生产几台?)
一定要掌握好时间,要不然可能做不完题目。
另外建议带一把格尺过去,这样可能作图表题的时候
