Clerical Assistant Resume
Clerical assistant performs variety of general and specific office functions. They are responsible for managing the ordering and receipting of supplies and equipment for Advancement Services. They observe the budget for the items and make sure that purchasing policies and procedures are followed on order status. Clerical assistant help in doing on-line and hard copy searches on prospects by using various sources of publicly available information. They help to mark out the lost addressee and phone numbers and updating other biographical and prospect information. They deal with incoming and outgoing post and maintain stationery supplies.
The candidate for this position must be able to gain knowledge of all aspects of gift and pledge processing, gift publicity procedures and acknowledgments. Able to type accurately, edit and work with large sums of money in a high volume. They need to explain policies and procedures on all aspects and need to enter information on donors and prospects very accurately and on timely basis.
