Data Entry Clerk Resume

Data entry clerk are responsible for providing data entry, clerical and administrative support to data management department. Data entry clerk enters alphanumeric data from reports and study documents into an electronic tracking system on a day-to-day basis. They also verify data entry work and scan the documents to ensure accuracy, filing, faxing, distributing mail and answering phone calls when needed. However, this person will be comfortable with typing with a high volume of information into a database for all day. They are responsible for mailing and preparation of account statements.

They do verification of signature and scanning of legal documents. They also verify accuracy of capture documents to original PC equipment. The person should be familiar with computer literate such as MS Word, Excel, Power point etc. He or she must be able to understand, written and good communication in English. The person as a data entry clerk should have experience of data entry in corporate environment.
