How to Use a Copier
Using a copier is as simple as 1, 2, 3. But some people don't
know how to use one. Here's how.
Steps
- Make sure the copier is plugged in and is on. If there is a
switch then switch it on (if the switch has a line and a circle,
the line means on), there should be a power button which should say
power, on/off, or a line and most of a circle
- Put the paper that you want to copy on the screen on the top,
be sure not to touch the screen with your fingers.
- Press the copy button and wait for all of the pages are out of
the copier.
Tips
- Always keep extra ink and computer paper near the copier.
Warnings
- If the copier doesn't belong to you, make sure you get
permission to use it before copying.
- Make sure you have ink and paper in the copier before you copy
something. If there is no paper, slide some paper into a little
place that is normally right below where copies come out of. If the
copier is out of ink, open a little door-like thing near the paper
place and put ink cartridges in there.
